A fishing cabin with its own swims on Boat Lake

Jan’s Nest sits directly on the tranquil shore of Boat Lake at Manea Fisheries, with its own dedicated swims right at the cabin’s front. Cast a line at sunrise or relax by the water’s edge without leaving the comforts of home.

Inside there is a full kitchenette with hob, oven, fridge, kettle and all the crockery and cutlery you need, a shower room with WC and washbasin, a double bed, a sofa bed and a cosy lounge. The cabin sleeps up to four, adults and children. BYOB – bring your own bedding and towels. Everything else is here.

From £250 per stay. £250 for a four-night midweek break (Monday-Friday) or a three-night weekend (Friday-Monday), or £500 for seven nights (Monday-Sunday). A deposit secures your booking, with the balance payable on arrival.

Fishing from the cabin

Boat Lake is our specimen water, holding carp to over 32lb alongside tench, roach and rudd. Day tickets for both lakes are £5 per person, and cabin guests have the water on their doorstep.
